Position Overview
A Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization will be based in Ann Arbor, MI. The role involves managing the customer experience, providing proactive sales and service activities, collaborating with partners, and ensuring risk management and daily operations. Job Description
Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share through differentiated customer experience, lobby engagement, and product education. Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively. Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, ensuring teller and daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately. Key Qualifications
1+ year of related experience in banking, retail banking or a related field. Strong customer focus, risk awareness, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Certification or licensing not required; related experience acceptable. Preferred Skills
