Position Overview
As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Sellersburg, IN supporting the Southern Indiana and Western Kentucky region. This role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience and driving sales opportunities while maintaining risk and operational controls.
Job Description
Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Drives proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through differentiated customer experience and lobby engagement activities.
Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
