Pay: $30.00–$35.00/hour Duration: 6-month contract Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Start Date: ASAP Overview We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support internal teams by handling administrative and project-based tasks. This role is designed to free up leadership and revenue-generating teams by ensuring smooth execution of sales, marketing, and general operations. Key Responsibilities General Administrative Support (5%) Manage correspondence, scheduling, filing, and document preparation Coordinate meetings, take notes, and maintain contact lists Support internal communications on behalf of leadership Assist in organizing employee engagement activities Create PowerPoint presentations for leadership (town halls, sales meetings) Coordinate communication with field teams (reporting, updates, tracking progress) Assist with preparation of sales contracts and agreements Marketing Support (65%) Support marketing programs and day-to-day marketing operations Maintain marketing materials, promotional items, and launch kits Assist with event planning, logistics, and occasional on-site support Coordinate internal meetings and events at the Hauppauge office Qualifications 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or administrative support Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and across all levels of an organization Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, “can-do” attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel) What We’re Looking For Detail-oriented and proactive mindset Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProfessionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information #J-18808-Ljbffr
