Summary
Insight Global is hiring a Vice President of Infrastructure Sales to lead the West Territory for a leading infrastructure solutions company. This senior leadership role oversees $400–$500M in revenue and is responsible for driving growth through distribution channels and managing a large regional team. The VP will manage three Regional Managers, each with teams of approximately 20. The focus is on selling infrastructure products including valves, hydrants, meters, and water/leak detection technologies. This is a leadership role, not an individual contributor position.
The role requires weekly travel (2+ nights per week) and covers the Western U.S. region.
Must-Haves
- Progressive Sales Management experience (leading at least 2 people with teams beneath them)
- Experience developing high-performing teams
- Comfortable with weekly travel (Mon - Thursday), no weekends
- Experience managing $250M in revenue
- Experience managing 200–300 channel partners, distributors, and locations
- Strong leadership and team development skills (e.g., talent elevation)
- Experience within the water or manufacturing industry
- Experience working with channel partners and distributors
Compensation
$200,000 to $250,000 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
