Pay Transparency: $120,000/Yr. - $250,000/Yr. OTE

Salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively prospect new clients, collaborating with internal support to create and pitch strategic ideas and communicate value to clients while driving new business.
  • Grow existing accounts and manage all business aspects of the client relationship.
  • Continuously learn new products as the industry evolves and proactively create opportunities to communicate our value proposition (Podcasting, Streaming Audio, Over The Air, OTT Video, and digital performance media including SEO/SEM, Social).
  • Use and maintain our CRM tool and other platforms to perform daily business.
  • Clearly communicate and manage expectations internally and externally while multi-tasking and handling multiple accounts.
  • Build deep business relationships by delivering great service and results to clients.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

  • 5+ years in media or sales developing strategic solutions for clients (digital sales experience preferred).
  • Ability to develop new business and manage sales with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Thorough understanding of the advertising ecosystem including digital, audio, and attribution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and desire to win.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools and data visualization platforms.
  • A valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record; if required, proof of auto liability insurance.
