Location: Denver, CO, US, 80237 Job Field: Operations Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future The Pipeline Controller will monitor the flow, pressure, and specifications of Field Operations. In addition, this role will be responsible for training on consoles and learning system fundamentals. The Pipeline Controller will report to our Denver, CO office. This position requires the successful completion of an online assessment. What You'll Do Monitor product flows and pressures in pipeline utilizing SCADA information. Participate in planning, scheduling, and implementing facility operations, shutdowns, and start-ups. Designates volume/pressure requirements, which serve as a basis for implementing production preference schedules to assure maximum performance of controlled product contractual obligations. Prepares daily operating reports, product volume ledgers, and other required records. Ability to monitor actual performance against those targets and driving/documenting the actions to address deviations. Track deviations to plans and respective causes of deviations. Provide information and guidance based on a consolidation of data and a broad perspective of day-to- day operational performance. Assist with coordinating/supporting responses to abnormal operating events and crisis events. Performs other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. What You'll Bring - Required Must be at least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in job posting country High School Diploma or GED equivalent 2 years or more of oil and gas industry experience Willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts including, but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays Willing and able to respond to callout and overtime when required for Console coverage What Makes You Stand Out - Preferred 5 years or more of oil and gas industry experience 2 years or more of experience utilizing SCADA and alarm management Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and demonstrate sound judgment Knowledge of safety rules and practices Proven leadership skills and ability to influence at a local level and across a broad organization Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships Compensation Range This position has a base salary range of $100,800 - $132,000.
