Order Entry Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing customer orders, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a call center setting and possess strong organizational skills. Responsibilities
Enter orders placed by customers and handle customer inquiries. Track orders through SAP and communicate information between sales representatives, manufacturing personnel, and customers. Generate deliveries and coordinate shipments with the warehouse, ensuring large orders are palletized and planned effectively. Interact with both external and internal customers to provide information and resolve inquiries about products and services. Manage complex territories and potentially solicit sales of new products. Essential Skills
2-4 years of experience in order entry and customer service within a call center setting. Proficiency in order processing and customer service. Experience with SAP is a significant advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce. Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or technical degree preferred. Regular and predictable on-site attendance is necessary. Work Environment
This role operates within a call center environment. Training hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM for approximately 6-8 weeks. Post-training, the shift will be either 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM with a half-hour lunch break. The position offers a hybrid work model, with remote work on Monday and Friday and on-site work from Tuesday to Thursday. A trainer will assist the new employee for 6-8 weeks. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
