Title: Senior Administrative Assistant

Location: Onsite in Irvine, CA

$28/hour

Temporary assignment until August 1st, 2026

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Key responsibilities include:

Manage incoming and outgoing communications (Outlook, Teams, etc.).

Manage a heavy volume calendar of Vice President, Marketing.

Create presentations and reports as needed by the Vice President and Directors.

Prepare and manage international and domestic travel arrangements, meetings, appointments, and travel expense reports for the Vice President, Marketing.

Prepare PPT file for the Executive team for Weekly Report for Marketing meeting w/ Executive management.

Maintain and review, for accuracy, monthly marketing travel expenses report issued by General Affair's department.

Coordinate Marketing team as needed with logistics for team meetings, event planning, and vehicle event planning and auto show registrations.

Process and execute monthly communications to regional staff and retailers.

Manage department events and meetings.

Organize and manage department files and office materials.

Distribute Marketing mails to the correct team member

Required Skills:

Education: BA degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Overall Related Experience: Minimum 2-5 years administrative experience, Marketing and communications experience a plus.

Directly Related Experience: At least 2+ years supporting an Executive highly desirable, at least 2+ years in either marketing and/or communications desirable
