We’re partnering with a premier luxury brand in Napa Valley seeking a
Director of Hospitality
to lead a high‑touch, service‑driven guest experience. This role is best suited for a leader coming from a
luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining background
who thrives in a polished, fast‑paced environment.
You’ll oversee all front‑of‑house operations, lead and develop a strong hospitality team, and drive both service excellence and business performance. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on delivering elevated guest experiences while managing key metrics such as revenue, conversion, and overall operational success.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of leadership in luxury hospitality
Strong team development and service standards experience
Proven success driving performance and guest satisfaction
Ability to manage operations, KPIs, and cross‑functional collaboration
Compensation: $130K–$160K + bonus + full benefits
