About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Marketing Creative Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for a mobile product portfolio in the U.S. This role partners closely with internal teams, external agencies, and retail/carrier stakeholders to drive go-to-market success, campaign execution, and creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including go-to-market planning, product launches, and creative execution
Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, creative production, retail operations, and external agencies
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: timelines, budgets, deliverables, asset trafficking, and quality control
Develop and maintain project roadmaps; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans
Drive collaboration across stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, schedules, and deliverables
Facilitate meetings, document action items, and communicate updates on timelines, scope, and performance
Handle multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Support post-launch analysis and performance reviews across key channels
Translate ambiguous requirements into clear project scopes, timelines, and execution plans
Build strong relationships with internal teams, leadership, vendors, and external partners
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6–8 years of experience in project management, integrated marketing, or product management
Experience working in cross-functional environments; agency experience is a plus
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to change
Experience working in a matrixed organization
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet and exceed deadlines
