Overview
HighRadius is seeking a
Strategic Engagement Advisor
to join our Global Strategic Initiatives team. You will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, attending high-impact global conferences to hunt for new opportunities. We aren\'t just looking for someone to manage a booth; we need an individual who can engage directly with prospects, uncover their pain points, and deliver Sales Qualified Leads that fuel our growth. Your Day-to-Day
Strategic Event Execution & Prospecting - attending key trade shows and conferences with a ‘hunter’ mentality to generate interest in HighRadius. Micro-Event Strategy - plan and/or host high-touch events like executive dinners and roundtables to accelerate deal cycles for targeted accounts. Collaborate with sales team - identify key targets attending events and secure meetings Engage CFOs / prospects to uncover their goals/objectives and nurture opportunities for our sales team to plug in and execute. Maintain relationships with prospects/clients met at these events to keep them informed about the various things happening and keep HighRadius at the top of their minds. What You’ll Need To Be Successful
Experience: 2-5 years in B2B Field Marketing, Events, Sales role. Extrovert: You are comfortable walking up to strangers, initiating conversation, and steering a chat toward business value. You are not afraid of rejection. Metric-Obsessed: You understand the difference between a "lead" (a badge scan) and an "SAL" (a qualified meeting). You prioritize quality over quantity. Creative Storyteller: You prioritize learning about their hooks (emotional or professional) and create a narrative that will help them be successful. Road Warrior: Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time during peak conference seasons. Tech Savvy: Proficient in using lead capture tools, CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms.
