
Marketing Operations & Sales Excellence Coordinator

Position Overview
The Marketing Operations & Sales Excellence Coordinator supports the Sales Excellence and Marketing teams through operational execution, customer data integrity, and internal digital platform management. This role provides hands-on experience across marketing operations, CRM administration, customer data governance, and internal communications infrastructure. The coordinator drives customer engagement, data quality, and efficient processes to support marketing and sales initiatives across the Americas.
What You Will Do
Marketing Operations (50%)
Assist the Director of Sales Excellence & Marketing with day-to-day operational needs, including:
Managing the marketing budget (AMEX, PO, insertion orders, reconciliation)
Coordinating brochure management and distribution
Overseeing merchandise, maintaining inventory, shipping items, and sourcing new items
Prepare simple reports, spreadsheets, or summaries for leadership as needed
Participate in cross-functional projects supporting Sales and Marketing
Track media placements and maintain related documentation
Support marketing and industry events, including preparation, logistics, and materials coordination
Customer Data & CRM Coordinator (40%)
Assist the Sales Excellence team with CRM data quality including processing leads, updating accounts and contacts for the USA and Canada, and distributing regular reports
Support customer data cleanup initiatives as part of data-quality projects (e.g., verify business status, update CRM information, gather key intelligence)
Intranet & Internal Web Solutions (10%)
Collaborate with departments to develop, maintain, and enhance the company intranet and internal documents, forms, and safety information
Maintain the Jotform account and forms, creating new forms as needed and ensuring existing forms remain up-to-date and functional
Non-Essential Responsibilities
Provide occasional administrative support to the Demo Room and Training Center (certificates, gifts, catering, etc.)
Support other Management team members with administrative requests as needed
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
Experience
3-5 years of related administration work
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently under defined objectives
Working Conditions
Primarily office-based with prolonged sitting and repetitive hand use
Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes or materials up to 25-30 lbs as needed
Occasional travel (1–33%) for training or company events
Regular use of computer equipment and design/software tools
Minimal exposure to environmental hazards

Salary & Benefits
Salary: 54,000 - 58,000
