Overview Rainbow International of Longmont & Broomfield is a full-service restoration company covering water mitigation, mold remediation, structural cleaning, and reconstruction. We are growing and looking for a driven relationship-builder to expand our commercial and referral network across the Front Range. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, commercial facility managers, and apartment communities Develop a referral network of plumbers, HVAC techs, realtors, and trade partners Represent Rainbow International at industry events, trade shows, and networking groups (BNI, CAI, BOMA, etc.) Track activity and pipeline in CRM; report weekly on calls, meetings, and referral volume Work closely with operations to ensure seamless client handoffs and strong follow-through Qualifications 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development Strong local network or ability to build one fast Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and territory Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property management is a plus — not required Clean driving record and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed) Compensation Base salary: $60,000–$70,000 DOE Commission on referred/closed revenue Mileage reimbursement + phone stipend Health benefits, PTO If you're ready to make a difference in the lives of others while advancing your career in sales, we invite you to apply today and join our dedicated team at Rainbow Restoration! #J-18808-Ljbffr
