Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a full‑time Marketing Specialist with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a closely related field and at least three years of directly related work experience, including graphic design. The role requires a self‑starter who is passionate about using creative expertise to impact children and families.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.
Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g., foster care, recruitment, fund development) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Develop and create marketing materials—including flyers and social media posts—and ensure brand guidelines are met.
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Three years of directly related marketing work experience.
Excellent graphic design skills.
Copywriting experience.
Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
