Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a full‑time Marketing Specialist to add to our team. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field and three years of directly related work experience, including graphic design, is required.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns and events.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., foster care, recruitment, fund development) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Develop and create marketing materials, such as flyers and social media posts, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Three years of directly related work experience in marketing and graphic design.
Excellent graphic design skills and copywriting experience.
Knowledge of social media platforms.
Strong ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative, nonprofit environment.
About the Role
Full‑time hybrid position located in or around the Topeka area. The role includes collaborative work with a marketing department to represent the TFI family of companies and contributes to the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targeted audiences.
Benefits

Compensation
Average salary: $54,329.60, including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential.
