Overview Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human Services agencies in the US, seeks an accomplished Customer Service Rep – 100% Remote.

Candidate must be located in Texas and work remotely.

Position Details Duration: 6 months+ temp-to-hire. Pay rate: $16/hr on W2.

Key Requirements

Bilingual fluency

in English and one of: Spanish, Japanese, Laotian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Cambodian, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Hmong, Tagalong, and Armenian.

Work schedule: available 9 AM to 9 PM PST, Monday–Friday.

Must have personal laptop/computer and a wired internet connection (Download ≥ 20 Mbps, Upload ≥ 5 Mbps).

Eligible to be located anywhere in Texas.

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with updated policies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web portal.

Record customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Address customer inquiries and resolve problems, ensuring appropriate changes are made.

Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
