HR Specialist (Performance Management/Employee & Labor Relations)
This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the EPMD. As an HR Specialist (Performance Management/Employee & Labor Relations), you will provide advice and services to leadership on the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures that relate to topics such as leave administration, leave programs, performance management, employee and labor relations programs, conduct issues, union contracts, conduct issues and/or union contracts.
