
Brand Manager

The Manager, Brand & Marketing Planning owns brand stewardship, integrated marketing planning, PR/local communications, and the end‑to‑end creative process. This role partners cross‑functionally to translate business priorities into clear, on‑brand campaigns that are easy to execute and meaningful to customers, while tracking performance and optimizing future plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as day‑to‑day brand steward, ensuring consistent voice, visual identity, and messaging
- Build and manage annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business and financial goals
- Partner with Merchandising, Operations, Loyalty/CRM, and Channel Marketing to prioritize and execute campaigns
- Lead PR and local communications, including openings, remodels, and community initiatives
- Develop clear creative briefs and oversee creative execution across in‑store, digital, and traditional channels
- Review and approve creative to ensure brand alignment and store‑level clarity
- Track campaign performance and deliver insights, recommendations, and test‑and‑learn learnings to leadership
