Community Outreach Representatives
to join our mission-driven team. This is an entry-level, paid position that includes full training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for advancement in nonprofit fundraising, community engagement, and outreach leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit partners at high-traffic retail locations and community events
Engage with the public to raise awareness of nonprofit programs and initiatives
Educate potential supporters about each nonprofit’s mission and community impact
Maintain a professional, approachable presence during outreach activities
Collaborate with team leaders and participate in ongoing training and development
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions
Enthusiasm for meeting new people and building connections
Interest in developing skills in communication, leadership, and outreach
Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated by performance-based goals
Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or fundraising is helpful but not required
Full training is provided, along with ongoing mentorship from experienced team members.
