A company is looking for a Commercial Underwriting Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for policy-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all incoming and follow-up calls, providing superior customer service Research policy information and exercise underwriting authority, escalating risks as necessary Process high volume policy change requests and assist with billing and compliance inquiries
Required Qualifications
One (1) year or more related Property & Casualty experience High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment Dependable and reliable with strong computer skills
