Business Execution Consultant 2 - Contingent

Irving, TX/Charlotte, NC (Hybrid-3 days onsite per week)
What's the Job?
Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives to improve business processes within Business Execution.
Review and analyze tactical assignments, conducting research and evaluating alternatives for low-to-medium risk deliverables.
Present recommendations for resolving operational challenges, exercising independent judgment while adhering to policies and compliance standards.
Provide clear and concise information to client personnel regarding business execution activities.
Support process improvements and identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
What's Needed?
At least 2 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and recommend solutions.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and compliance requirements.
