Our client, a leading organization in the experience design and creative industry, is seeking an Experience Design Specialist 2 - Contingent to join their team. As an Experience Design Specialist 2 - Contingent, you will be part of the Experience Design department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, creative thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives related to experience design, including content design, research, and strategy.
Review and analyze experience design assignments, providing research, evaluation, and recommendations for solutions.
Present recommendations for resolving design challenges while exercising independent judgment within policies and procedures.
Provide information and support to client personnel regarding experience design processes and strategies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within experience design to enhance project outcomes.
What's Needed?
2+ years of experience in experience design, content design, design research, strategy, or product design, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and select appropriate design solutions.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts and recommendations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with offshore support and experience in low to medium risk project deliverables.
