Top Skills:

2-4 years IAM experience
Change Management
Incident Management
Tech background
Falls under Identity and Access Management Operations, this team works in mainframe security for those using mainframe instead of Active Directory. Working in ART to get requests for mainframe provisioning and access. Monthly target is about 300-400 tickets, so about 12-15 tickets to process per day. Will be handling mostly BAU responsibilities.
RACF is the mainframe security suite, but this person doesn't have to know it. If they've worked with Topsecret or ACF2, that can be relevant. Doesn't need to know mainframe coding like COBOL, just command lines.
Scarcity of mainframe experience would allow for COBOL developers or anyone else with general mainframe experience. In absence of relevant Mainframe experience, access provisioning experience could be explored.
Position is technical enough that someone without tech background wouldn't be a fit. Someone with IAM background but in governance or other paperwork heavy group probably wouldn't be a fit. Needs to be able to run command prompts.
Monday to Friday typical business hours covering the Central and West. Most of the team sits in Charlotte, desire is to build out in the other regions to backfill retirements there. Hieu sits in Irving, so he'd like for this person to sit with him.
