Entry-Level Event Assistant

Assist with event planning, coordination, and on‑site execution of events and promotions Support event logistics including setup, materials, signage, registration, and coordination Greet and engage event attendees, providing a positive and professional experience Help manage event flow to ensure smooth operations Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, and post‑event reporting Collaborate with team members, event staff, and marketing teams Track attendance, collect engagement data, and gather participant feedback Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask in fast‑paced environments Comfortable interacting with the public and representing a brand professionally Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented Positive attitude with a strong work ethic High school diploma or GED required Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Background in
customer service, hospitality, retail, events, or volunteer work Interest in
event planning, marketing, public relations, or promotions Compensation & Benefits
