Seneca Resources is looking for a candidate to join an impressive financial services team as an Equipment Finance Document Specialist in Alpharetta, GA. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior clients, internal teams, and external partners to support equipment loan and lease origination, documentation, and funding processes. You will be responsible for managing high-volume transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining precise documentation throughout the loan lifecycle. Top Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Equipment Finance (loans & leases), including end-to-end closing (documentation, funding, booking)
Strong documentation skills for loan and lease agreements, collateral documentation, lien perfection, UCC filings
Regulatory knowledge including KYC, CIP, CBO, and banking compliance regulations
Client-facing experience working with executives, attorneys, vendors, and outside counsel
Proficiency in loan/lease systems (Aspire preferred) and advanced Excel skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes
