Position Overview QC Capital is seeking a high-performing Real Estate Associate to support the firm’s acquisition and capital deployment initiatives across its real estate investment platform. This role is designed for a motivated, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and is driven by revenue generation, deal execution, and relationship development. The Real Estate Associate will play a critical role in sourcing opportunities, underwriting potential investments, and supporting transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Development

Proactively identify and cultivate new real estate investment opportunities through broker relationships, direct outreach, and market intelligence

Maintain and expand a robust pipeline of acquisition targets aligned with QC Capital’s investment strategy

Financial Analysis & Underwriting

Conduct preliminary and advanced financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, return metrics (IRR, equity multiple), and sensitivity analyses

Evaluate market trends, comparable assets, and risk factors to support investment recommendations

Transaction Execution

Support end-to-end deal lifecycle, including LOI preparation, due diligence coordination, and closing processes

Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, accounting, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, property owners, lenders, and strategic partners

Represent QC Capital in meetings, property tours, and industry networking events

Market Research & Strategy

Conduct ongoing research on target markets, asset classes, and competitive landscape

Provide insights to leadership to refine acquisition strategies and investment criteria

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field preferred

1–3+ years of experience in real estate, sales, finance, or a related, performance-driven environment

Strong financial acumen with proficiency in Excel and real estate underwriting concepts

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Highly self‑motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a commission-based structure

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
