Job Summary
Amazon Ads is looking for an Executive Assistant who will support two to three Directors in our Santa Monica office. This role requires handling confidential information, maintaining professionalism with senior executives, and working in a fast‑paced environment. The Assistant will be in the office five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and schedule support for multiple teams
Coordinate domestic and international travel
Organize and submit expense reports
Plan and execute team activities including staff meetings, all‑hands meetings, off‑sites, and social events
Ensure timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on overdue matters
Serve as a liaison for direct reports and work closely with leadership, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants
Develop and maintain new mechanisms within the team
Work evenings and weekends during peak periods as required
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of professional or military experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with executive‑level calendar management
Experience coordinating domestic or international travel
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with end‑to‑end project management
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑tech environment and delivering exceptional service to customers
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
Experience handling confidential information with professionalism
Experience working independently with minimal supervision
1+ years of Amazon experience (preferred)
