Position: Business Development Representative
Location: Remote in Germany or Austria with quarterly travel to the Paris office.
The Company:
This company are market leading MarTech SaaS organisation used by Marketing Professionals to optimise brand communications strategies. Working with enterprise clients such as Disney, Netflix, Uber and Coca Cola.
The Role:
Qualify sales contacts in the DACH region
Pipeline generation through outbound and inbound prospecting across strategic accounts, ensuring maximum pipeline.
Using tools such as Salesforce, Kasper, Outreach, Cognism, Seamless, Outreach, MOJO and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Reach and exceed the monthly targets of generated opportunities
Be a team player and work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams
Attend team training, roleplays, and weekly pipeline reviews.
Participate in enablement sessions and skill-building workshops.
Maintain excellence in CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and sales engagement platform (Outreach): activities logged, leads qualified, data clean.
Requirements:
12 months+ BDR experience within SaaS
Experience within the MarTech Industry preferred
Knowledge of working to email cadences and cold calling
