Member Service Representative (MSR) – Jacksonville, FL
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid Training Remote Role)
Start Date: May 26
Training Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST (Hybrid; OnCampus June 30 - July 2)
Work Schedule: Remote; 8.5‑hour shifts within a 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM EST window; one rotating weekday off and one permanent weekend day off
What You'll Do
Handle high‑volume inbound calls supporting member account needs
Research and resolve account inquiries accurately using multiple systems
Deliver professional, empathetic, and solutions‑focused service
Document interactions and follow compliance and security procedures
Adhere strictly to assigned schedules and attendance expectations
What We're Looking For
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced contact‑center environment
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and dual monitors
Reliable, punctual, and committed—especially during training
Ability to work assigned shifts long‑term (schedule changes not available during contract)
Remote Work Requirements
Must reside within 60 miles of the local training hub
Dedicated, distraction‑free home workspace
Reliable high‑speed internet (provided equipment must be properly maintained)
Ability to independently troubleshoot basic technical issues
Commitment to data privacy and security standards
Training & Schedule Expectations
Training is mandatory with no time off permitted
Training includes virtual instruction, on‑the‑job learning, and call‑handling practice
Must attend on‑campus training dates as scheduled
Post‑training schedule may differ from training hours
Job Type & Location: This is a contract‑to‑hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and Benefits Pay range for this position is $19.50 – $19.50/hour.
