Nili Lotan is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join us on a 6-month contract engagement, supporting the brand across key creative initiatives. This role is structured as a consultant engagement, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for translating the Nili Lotan brand vision into refined, cohesive, and elevated visual executions across all touchpoints. This role partners closely with Creative, Digital, Retail, Wholesale, and Marketing to ensure all brand communications reflect the integrity, restraint, and sophistication of the Nili Lotan aesthetic.
This position requires strong design sensibility, technical excellence, and the ability to work within a founder-led creative environment where attention to detail and brand nuance are critical.
Role Responsibilities
Brand Execution
- Design and execute creative assets across:
- E-commerce homepage + PDP assets
- Seasonal campaigns
- Lookbooks and line sheets
- Retail signage and in-store materials
- Wholesale decks and presentations
- Packaging and collateral
- Ensure visual consistency across all channels
- Maintain strict adherence to brand typography, color, and layout standards
Digital & Performance Creative
- Partner with Digital team to:
- Design performance marketing assets (paid social, digital ads)
- Create homepage updates aligned with launches and merchandising focus
- Optimize layouts for conversion while maintaining brand integrity
- Translate merchandising priorities into clear visual storytelling
Retail & Wholesale Support
- Create in-store signage, seasonal graphics, and window collateral
- Design materials supporting new store openings
- Develop sales tools and visual decks for key wholesale accounts
- Ensure product representation is accurate and elevated
Campaign & Shoot Support
- Assist with:
- Image selects
- Layout design for seasonal lookbooks
- Post-production asset rollouts
- Ensure final assets are delivered on time and in correct formats
- Partner with:
- Art Manager
- Copywriter
- Producer
- VM team
- Buying & Planning
- Participate in creative reviews and provide thoughtful design input
- Support refinement and evolution of brand guidelines
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years experience in fashion or luxury brand design
- Typography mastery
- Minimal, refined layouts
- Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Figma (preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing formats and asset specs
- Detail-oriented with strong production knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
