Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Florence, KY. The Business Development Representative will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing leads, and building relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities include conducting outreach to prospective customers, communicating effectively to understand client needs, and collaborating with the sales team to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and pursue new opportunities
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to articulate value propositions and build client relationships
Expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
Ability to work collaboratively in an office-based environment in Loveland, OH
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in logistics and freight forwarding is a plus
