We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Leadership & Events Specialist to join Venon.ai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand growth, community engagement, and high-impact event execution.

You will lead marketing initiatives, shape our brand presence, and design memorable experiences that connect audiences with Venon.ai's vision.

Requirements

B2+ English level for fluent communication with global teams and stakeholders.

7+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a strong leadership background.

Proven experience in field marketing, events, and demand generation.

Experience in roles such as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or Senior Event Marketing Manager.

Strong experience planning and executing high-impact events (conferences, trade shows, executive events).

Background in tech, SaaS, IT services, or AI-driven companies.

Experience working with or marketing AI solutions (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data/Automation).

Strong alignment with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue.

Experience working with North American or global markets.

Data-driven mindset with experience measuring ROI and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the overall marketing and field marketing strategy.

Plan and lead event-driven marketing initiatives to generate pipeline and brand awareness.

Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

Own demand generation strategies across channels (events, digital, partnerships).

Manage end-to-end execution of events: from planning to post-event follow-up and ROI analysis.

Build and optimize messaging, positioning, and go-to-market campaigns.

Track performance metrics and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners.

For leadership roles: build, lead, and scale marketing and events teams.
