We're looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales & Business Development Specialist to join Venon.ai. In this role, you will identify and engage enterprise clients, build strategic partnerships, and drive complex sales cycles from prospecting to close.

You'll play a critical role in expanding our market presence, developing long-term client relationships, and unlocking new business opportunities.

Requirements

B2 English Level or higher for fluent communication with clients.

4+ years of experience in B2B sales roles (depending on seniority).

Proven experience in roles such as Account Executive, SDR, Business Development, or similar.

Proven experience selling AI solutions (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data/Automation solutions).

Strong experience selling to North American markets.

Experience managing full sales cycles (for AE roles).

Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation (for SDR/BDR roles).

Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions (especially for Sales Engineers).

Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. Experience in tech, SaaS, or IT services companies is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing (AE roles).

Qualify inbound and outbound leads (SDR/BDR roles).

Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.

Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product demos (including AI-driven solutions).

Collaborate with technical teams to tailor AI and tech solutions to client needs.

Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Stay up to date with AI trends and effectively position solutions in the market.

For leadership roles: manage, coach, and scale SDR teams (SDR Manager).
