Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Partner with senior leadership to define business strategy, goals, and roadmaps
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and functional specifications
- Drive process improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and best practices
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive presentations
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology teams
- Mentor and guide junior business analysts and team members
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions
- Manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Support change management, risk assessment, and solution adoption
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise-level projects
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN), and documentation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of data analysis, business process optimization, and digital transformation
- Ability to influence without authority and drive consensus across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP
- Experience in Banking / Healthcare / Telecom / IT / etc.
- Exposure to emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cloud, Data Analytics)
