Maintenance Director/ Supervisor role includes…

• Building maintenance program and repair coordination
• General daily required repairs, doors, lights, paint patching…
• HVAC/Plumbing/Security/Fire/Electrical/Elevator…
• Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenance
• NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating required service visits monthly/quarterly/annually etc.

You’ll do great as our Maintenance Director/ Supervisor because:

• You have Healthcare building operations experience (preffered).
• You have general plumbing/electrical skills.
• You have basic carpentry skills.
• You have general knowledge in utilizing tools.
• You have knowledge of NFPA & Life Safety codes.
