Responsibilities
- Building maintenance program and repair coordination
- General daily required repairs, doors, lights, paint patching…
- HVAC/Plumbing/Security/Fire/Electrical/Elevator…
- Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenance
- NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating required service visits monthly/quarterly/annually etc.
Qualifications
- You have Healthcare building operations experience (preferred).
- You have general plumbing/electrical skills.
- You have basic carpentry skills.
- You have general knowledge in utilizing tools.
- You are knowledge of NFPA & Life Safety codes.
