Your day to day as a Maintenance Director

As a Full‑Time Maintenance Director you'll engage in a range of essential tasks that keep our facility running smoothly. Your role will include performing minor repairs, such as fixing broken locks and addressing wall gaps, along with checking control panels and electrical wiring for potential issues. You'll install appliances and equipment, maintain garden and yard spaces, and conduct painting and carpet cleaning tasks. Additionally, you'll inspect and troubleshoot various systems, including ventilation and safety systems like fire alarms. Collaborating with fellow professionals during renovations and reporting directly to the facility's administrator for any concerns will be key aspects of your role, ensuring a customer‑centric approach to every task you undertake.

To excel as a Full‑Time Maintenance Director you'll need a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. A proven background in maintenance roles is essential. Familiarity with hand and electrical tools is critical for performing repairs and installations effectively.
