
Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on digital marketing professional to drive our B2B digital presence and customer engagement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape the digital experience for business customers by managing high‑impact web content, executing sophisticated email marketing campaigns, and leveraging data‑driven insights to optimize performance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver compelling digital experiences that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Optimize and execute content for the business website, including homepage, product detail pages, and marketing landing pages
Build and implement enhanced content below the fold on product detail pages and landing pages
Perform regular homepage updates aligned with current campaigns, content pillars, and seasonal initiatives
Execute updates and refreshes on existing content to maintain relevance and accuracy
Ensure website optimization for traditional SEO and GEO best practices
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies on email project management, branding, legal compliance, copywriting, and analytics
Generate and present comprehensive web and email analytics reports
Support various ad‑hoc CRM, operations, lead qualification, and analytics initiatives as needed
Skills
Website content management and optimization

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Data analysis and interpretation
Web analytics tools including Google Analytics and Tableau
Excel pivot tables and reporting functions

Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Visual storytelling and data presentation
Experience
Minimum of 4–6 years of related experience in website development, digital marketing, SEO and email marketing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Pay Range*: $48-$52
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
