Platinum Ford is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Parts Counter Person to join our team! What You'll Do: Assist technicians and retail customers at the counter Look up and source parts quickly and accurately Create and manage parts tickets Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure all parts are billed out correctly on RO's and counter tickets Provide excellent customer service and communication What We're Looking For: Dealership or parts experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Professional attitude and team focused mindset Reliable and punctual Compensation: $3,000-$6,500 per month (based on experience and performance) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
