The ideal candidate is designing and delivering scalable, cleancore applications and workflowdriven solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform.
Rate Range:
$37/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Functional Consultant Job Responsibilities include:
Design and develop custom applications and extensions on SAP BTP using the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) following cleancore principles. Define and implement CDS data models, entities, views, projections, and OData V4/REST services with appropriate annotations, validations, and authorizations. Build secure and reusable CAP services, including custom actions, functions, and rolebased access control using XSUAA. Develop and integrate SAPUI5 applications using the Flexible Programming Model (FPM). Integrate CAP applications with SAP S/4HANA (Cloud and OnPrem) and external systems using REST/OData APIs and asynchronous eventbased processing. Design and implement SAP Business Process Automation (SBPA) workflows, perform endtoend debugging, analyze logs, and resolve production and performance issues. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred. 10+ years of experience in SAP development with a strong focus on SAP BTP and CAPM. Proven handson expertise in SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), including CDS modeling, OData/REST services, security (XSUAA), and cleancore principles. Strong experience integrating CAP applications with SAP S/4HANA and external systems, along with workflow development using SAP Business Process Automation (SBPA). Pay Details:
$37.00 to $56.00 per hour
