Responsibilities
Perform daily vineyard tasks including planting, pruning, tying, thinning, and harvesting grapevines
Monitor vine health and report signs of pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies
Assist with irrigation setup, maintenance, and adjustments to support optimal vine growth
Maintain cleanliness and organization of vineyard rows and surrounding work areas
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Support seasonal activities such as harvest preparation and post‑harvest cleanup
Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
Handle tools and materials responsibly to ensure proper care and longevity
Adapt to changing weather conditions and varying workloads throughout the growing season
Experience
Roles in agricultural or farm settings preferred
Hands‑on experience with farm machinery operation, equipment repair, welding, or power tools
Knowledge of horticulture, greenhouse practices, or growing techniques relevant to vineyards or similar crops
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to irrigation or fertilization schedules
Understanding of farming principles including irrigation systems, crop management, and sustainable practices is highly valued
