Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in the Greater Phoenix Area. The IT Sr. Service Desk Analyst will provide technical and customer support to end users, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and conduct analysis to identify and address root causes of problems. The role includes maintaining the functionality of IT systems, managing incident tickets, assisting with hardware and software installations, and ensuring excellent customer experiences in resolving system‑related issues.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address complex IT issues effectively

Strong Analytical Skills to identify, analyze, and solve technical problems

Customer Support and Customer Service skills to deliver excellent service for user‑related issues

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast‑paced environment

Familiarity with IT service desk tools and processes is a plus

Experience with IT hardware and software installation and maintenance is beneficial

Associate’s degree plus three years of information technology experience (or equivalent experience).

Relevant certifications, such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or related, are advantageous
