
Entry-Level Contract Management Specialist

Position Details
Location: Mesa, Arizona. Shift: 1st Shift. Salary: $61,200 – $82,800.
U.S. Person required. Security clearance: U.S. Secret Clearance post‑start. No visa sponsorship. Relocation assistance not provided.
Responsibilities
Exercise appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing, and licensing of intellectual property to align with company strategies.
Present innovative business solutions to preserve and expand operations.
Represent the company in external negotiations with diverse customers.
Prepare, negotiate, execute, interpret, and administer legally binding contractual agreements.
Coordinate and collaborate with other internal functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Summarize complex contractual issues, develop creative solutions, and coordinate contractual risk mitigation strategies.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Experience with drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts and subcontracts.
Experience with proposal management and strategy development.
Interest in supporting proposal development and negotiating government contracts.
Additional Requirements
Successful candidates must satisfy company Conflict of Interest assessment.
Boeing maintains a drug‑free workplace requiring testing for certain substances as per policy.
Position requires compliance with U.S. export control requirements; a U.S. Person is required.
