Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Installer – Full Time (West Valley) $17+/hr
Stewart Specialty Services is hiring full-time crew members for concrete polishing and epoxy coating. We stay busy year-round and are looking for reliable, hard‑working individuals. Experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right person. Job Duties
Concrete grinding & polishing Epoxy floor installation Surface prep (patching, cleaning, demo) Equipment operation Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Typically no weekends. Occasional travel (we try to keep it minimal). Pay
Starting at $17/hr (no experience). More depending on experience and ability. Raises as you learn and prove yourself. Overtime available. Requirements
Must show up on time, every day. Must have reliable transportation to our shop in West Valley. Able to lift 100 lbs and work on knees for extended periods. Drug‑free is strongly preferred. No call / no show. Show up late regularly. Bring drama or disrespect to the crew. What we offer
