
Business Development- Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities
Generate new qualified leads for the Business Development team.
Utilize resume posting boards, LinkedIn, Google Boolean search, and other research tools to cultivate new leads.
Serve as the primary resource for researching and prospecting qualified new business leads via Internet, media, directories, referrals, and other resources.
Maintain an ongoing pipeline to the Business Development Team.
Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
Proactively seek new ways to generate leads.
Process and maintain leads in the prospecting database; manage contact information and leads in a CRM tool.
Communicate effectively with the Business Development Team.
Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market conditions; communicate insights to departmental and organizational leaders.
Support lead generation through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
Collaborate with sales teams to grow the sales pipeline and meet monthly revenue goals.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability.
Proficient Internet research and PC skills.
High initiative, self‑motivated, results‑oriented team player.
Critical thinking skills to evaluate a prospect’s interest level in the company’s solutions.

$45,000‑$50,000 base salary plus commissions.
