
Team Lead CRM Manager

We are looking for a Team Lead Regional CRM Manager to lead engagement and retention strategies across multiple international markets. The role combines regional strategy, campaign execution, and hands‑on leadership of a high‑performing CRM team.
The position is opened in Warsaw, Poland (relocation is provided by the company).
Responsibilities
Own regional CRM strategy by developing and executing engagement plans tailored to local audience behaviors and market‑specific needs
Lead the regional CRM team, providing ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development
Deliver lifecycle communications via email, push, in‑app messaging, and other CRM channels, ensuring data‑driven personalization at scale
Drive segmentation and targeting efforts to maximize customer retention, loyalty, and LTV
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Analytics to align CRM initiatives with broader business goals
Monitor performance metrics and customer data to continuously optimize campaigns and recommend improvementsOversee CRM tools and vendors to ensure smooth platform operations and data integrity
Ensure full regulatory compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy standards
Stay ahead of CRM trends and introduce new tactics, tools, or technologies to elevate CRM impact
Requirements
5+ years of experience in CRM, ideally within media, digital marketing, or subscription‑based services
Proven track record of leading CRM teams and scaling regional CRM functions
Deep understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, retention, and personalization
Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Braze
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret CRM data and campaign performance metrics
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of compliance requirements related to data privacy and CRM activities
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA will be a plus).
