The organization is seeking a Senior IT Leader to manage asset tagging, device provisioning, and internal systems. This role is crucial for establishing organized asset management and supporting growth from a small team to a larger workforce.
Responsibilities
Implement asset tagging and management systems.
Develop device provisioning workflows for employees, contractors, and design partners.
Set up office signage and conference-room provisioning.
Create templates for provisioning customer-facing branded devices.
Oversee internal IT stack and operational processes.
Ensure secure handling of personal and corporate data for AI-enabled devices.
Qualifications
Experience in startup scaling and device lifecycle management.
Proficiency with MDM solutions, kiosk provisioning, and asset tagging systems.
Familiarity with internal collaboration tooling administration.
Ability to document device lifecycle processes and provision customer-facing devices.
Flexible remote work capability with preference for periodic in-office presence.
