Job Title
As the Director, Division of Staffing and Classification, you will: Direct and manage national recruitment, staffing, and position classification programs, overseeing agency-wide operations, resources, and budgets to support NCUA's mission. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures for human capital initiatives, keeping leadership informed and adapting to new legislation and requirements. Evaluate program effectiveness, analyze resource needs, and recommend improvements to meet strategic and mission-critical goals, including assessing the impact of regulatory changes. Lead collaboration with OHR leadership to design and execute human capital strategies, prepare reports and data analyses, and serve as Contract Officer's Representative for related contracts. Supervise HR Division staff, handling recruitment, training, performance management, recognition, disciplinary actions, and staff complaints within delegated authority.
