Job Description
- Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities for Class-A commercial interior projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and address any potential delays or issues.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Superintendent - Commercial Interiors should have:
- Proven experience in commercial interior construction within the commercial construction industry (restaurants, banks, offices, etc),.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
