Job Description

• Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities for Class-A commercial interior projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and address any potential delays or issues.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent - Commercial Interiors should have:

• Proven experience in commercial interior construction within the commercial construction industry (restaurants, banks, offices, etc),.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
