Business Development Specialist

We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to drive growth through new business development, client relationship management, and data‑driven sales operations. This role combines proactive outreach with analytical support to help scale sales efforts effectively.

You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, re‑engaging past clients, and converting inbound leads into active sales conversations. The role also involves supporting CRM management, sales analytics, and reporting to provide insights that improve performance and decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple industries

Re‑engage and recover previous client relationships

Convert inbound leads into sales opportunities

Conduct market research and build targeted prospect lists

Maintain and optimize CRM data and sales activity tracking

Support sales analytics and reporting for performance insights

Perform needs assessments to understand client requirements

Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions

Prepare and present proposals for complex projects

Travel to client locations as required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field

2–5 years of sales or business development experience

Strong CRM and data analysis skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to manage multiple sales cycles and priorities

Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills
